I am selling my '05 Montesa 4rt. I bought it in August of '05, the Montesa is not being imported this year, but is fully supported with parts. The bike is in very good condition and has been completely trouble free. The oil(s) were changed religiously, and the airfilter was cleaned regularly. The bike comes with a number of aftermarket parts, including a Mitani titanium head-pipe, Mitani clutch, Mitani skid plate, Mitani footpeg mounting brackets, V-Mar Suspension linkage, upper triple clamp that fits either fat bars or standard, aluminum rear brake pedal, larger clutch master cylinder for better feel, carbon fiber bits as well as some custom aluminum disc and sprocket guards. The rear tire currently has one ride on it. There are all the takeoffs and a full spare plastic. This is a great trials bike and is realistically, but firmly priced at $3500. Hey, I'm Just begining to look at trials bikes, and I was wondering a) if this bike was still for sale, and b) is this a good beginer bike? I have about a .5 hour on a 2001 World champion replica Montesa.
Again any info would help, thanks!
