Like Pete said, it's going to be built with kids in mind. A good woods loop that a peewee can handle, coupled with a MX course with whoops and jumps, but no gap jumps so a peewee can roll-over the jumps etc. This will be a great place to teach beginner and basic skills. It may also develop into a great place to ride and race mini's or for parents to hop on an (XR, TTR whatever) and play follow the leader with their kids. There will be more on this as it develops, but we're pretty excited! About the youth clinic: I would like to see a good showing of parents along the side of the trail. Each one willing to help, or stop a kid and give a 10 second lesson if he sees the kid having a hard time with a certain part of the course. Also a quick class with kids all lined up and an instructor to explain how to approach an obstacle and master it. Instructor explains it, then does it to show how. Then the kids try it with a couple parents on each side of the trail...
