So how was it? My trailer is still buried under the snow for the short term. Looks like some melting towards the end of the week though.

It was great, not much clear ground, but I am happy to practice on 30 feet of stone wall. It's better than lifting weights in the apartment!
I had a blast until I broke my clutch hose off!

If it warms up, I plan to ride again next Sunday...everyone is welcome. The snowmobiles packed down the trails and they were easy riding even without studs. The Enduro riders could have some fun on them! But the friggin sleds don't know what private property is!!

There was a sign on this tree that said private property, but I guess that doesn't apply to slednecks!

The tree was blocking the trail, but they made a trail around it. Wouldn't you ask permission before going on 'Private Property'?
I had 'no trespassing' and 'keep out' signs at the other end, and cut a dozen trees across the trail, but they just kept making new trails around them.

I hope to get over your way at some point. Trailer is still snowbound right now so maybe in a couple of weeks.

From the looks of the weather forecast, it may be a couple weeks before I get back out there!

I'm thinking about an event(s) in Berwick on August 20 and 21. What do y'all think? May be a fun event or point event, haven't decided, just saving the date for now.......

8/20 and 8/21 fit nicely with the NETA and NETRA schedules, the only conflict being a hare scramble in Patterson, NY.  So I say go for it!  Just don't forget that it must be on the official NETA schedule by 4/15 if you want to make it a NETA points event.

JARERTH. ITS GLAD TO SEE YOUR INTERESTED IN BEING A TRIALSMASTER AGAIN, YOU ALWAYS DO A GREAT EVENT. BUT COULD YOU START YOUR THINKING A LITTLE EARLIER FOR 2012 WOULD BE NICE, YOU'VE NOT MADE A SANCTION MEETING IN 2 YEARS. I KNOW APRIL 15th IS CUT OFF FOR 2011 SCHEDULE SEASON. JANUARY 28 WILL BE THE NEXT ANNUAL MEETING AND SCHEDULING. THANKS

Annual meetings give me a headache. I'd rather wait for the results of the meeting when they're posted. Nobody is interested in my opinion anyway. I'll just do what I do best; stay out of politics and put on events.

3-13-11, Berwick, ME, 11:00 AM, everyone welcomed.
The field will be muddy, so park on the gravel or pavement, be sure to leave room for cars to get by.
(NO LOUD BIKES).

I've heard a couple, just want to be sure that people know we don't condone loud bikes!
Twernt much on the wall when there was much here in Saco, now there ain't much in Saco, I'm expecting less in Berwick.
I'm happy with 20 feet of wall to ride on, I ain't promisin no 40 sections.

Wicked good time in Berwick today! Plenty of open ground to ride on. Took a little skin of my shin, but nothing serious.
I love this sport!
