I am trying to contact Bob Landry to get some information about the Tri-State enduro does any know his phone number or where I can get information about the race.

The proper protocol in giving out other people's personal information is...

1 ) Have the person requesting the contact information, PM their name and contact information to the person who knows the contact information.

2 )   The person who knows the contact information will pass along this information, in private, via a PM, to the person who needs to be contacted.
(i.e. Bob Landry)

3 )   The person who needs to be contacted can decide if this is legitimate
request and can make the decision on whether or not to contact the original person.

This has been your daily lesson in proper manners, now get your elbows off from the table!
