We have had many people who are having problems changing a custom Avatar or Profile picture. Please use the following steps to make the change:

1.)   Go into your profile using the "My Profile" link
2.)   Choose the radio button next to "Upload My Picture"
3.)   Click the link (on the words) "upload my picture" and follow the prompts
4.)   Scroll to the bottom of the profile page and click "Apply"

If you do not perform step 4, your picture will not show up!
