Interested in the number of sanctioned events required for a Participation Award and the date & location of the banquet.

Greg,
The Awards Banquet is January 24, 2009 & will be held at the Holiday Inn in Taunton,MA.The Off-road Exposition will be held in the Governor's Ballroom from 12 noon to 5:00 pm.The Pee-Wee Recognition Awards will be held in the Lincoln Room from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. The Awards Dinner is in the Taunton Grand Ballroom from 6:30pm to 8:00pm with the awards presentation from 8:00pm to 10:00pm. If your planning on staying overnight I'd book the room now because it sold out early last year.
