Details - This is a recreational ride and if you could handle the difficulty level of the classic, you can handle this. Come for one day or both. Big Bike ralley guys - plenty of fire roads for you...bring a map. Bring your tent and camper and we'll fit you wherever. Four miles down the road is Punkin Valley Inn (int. route 302 & Mountain Road - Bridgeton ME) where you can reserve a room with two beds for 49.95 a night + tax, call 207-647-2784 to reserve.

Saturday night anyone interested can take the 15 minute drive with me to the #1 Beer Pub in the USA - Ebeneezar's. Here for $8 a glass, you can sample some of the most rare Belgian draft beers in the world. Yes, we are talking about 10% beer here folks. Gulden Draak, Delerium Tremens, Saisson...the nectar of the Gods. Two and you're done.Great food too.
Directions to avoid the summer traffic:
Denmark is 2 hours north of Concord. Pickup route 28 N in Allenstown NH. Follow 28 N until it ends at the intersection with 16 in Ossippee.Left onto 16 North to the intersection with 25 East. Take Rt 25 East (toward Portland). Pass by the intersection with 5 South. Take a left off rt 25 onto routes 5/117 North. Then left at the T onto rts 113/117 North. Then right before the bridge onto rt 117 North (rt 113 continues straight). Stay on 117 North to the stop sign at the soldier monument in Denmark Center. Take a right onto 117 North at the monument. Go past Jim Bobs store on the right. Continue on 117 North a couple + miles. At the blinking yellow light, take a left onto Hio Ridge road. Go about a mile, then first left onto Mountain road. Cross over a bridge, lake on both sides. Go a quarter mile, pleasant valley road on your left, the third house on the left after you pass pleasant valley road is it. Grey ranch #266. Show Friday night if you wish.

I plan on heading up late Friday afternoon with the RV, and heading back Saturday night after the ride. Got plenty of room for 2 people if anyone is interested. Leaving from Concord NH. Shoot me a PM.

Now you did it!   Nobody is going to want to ride with a waning crescent moon, had it been waxxing it would have been perfect.

Thanks to Neil, Don and his brother for showing us a sweet ride this weekend! Never ridden with such a big group that could keep such a quick pace for over 100 miles. Sunday was a bit of a wet one and we headed for home after 20 miles when they sky opened up with sheets of rain and bolts of lightning. Worked out good though since we got home early to clean up the gear rather than having to do it later during the week.

I had an awesome time on Saturday, thanks again to Neil and all for putting on such a great ride.  I had plans on riding Sunday as well, but Saturday's ride did me in.  Looks like it may have been a blessing in disguise.

120 miles of Rocks, Mud, Sand...the whole gammet. The mountain climb didn't happen due to Saturday's rain. Thanks again to Donny and Dave for finding the trails and keeping the use of tar way down. I may just remember how to get back to that stuff. New terms like "the crash site" were established and used for subsequent reference points. Elixirs flowed at Ebaneezars...all good.

Don't think we saw another bike or ATV...some horses and hikers though...and we shut down and let them by. Thanks to all for coming. Lets do it again next year.
