I'm glad both of you posted on the same thread.

question 1  for necc

on the saturday quad race is the 4 wheel drive class open to any 4 wheel drive. or just 4 wheel drive with racks.

question 2 for Bill

how long is the pee-wee course.

Also tell Brenden great job at Dilla. you should be proud.I saw you sitting by yourself at your camper after the race. I was going to to stop by to see if everything was ok.but you must have just been enjoying the moment. I didn't know how Brenden finished till later in the day(was to busy looking for Luke).  anyway good times for all.   Greg

sorry Bill . Brendan not Brenden. as you can see spelling is not a strong point of mine. I should have spent more time in school and less time in the gym. I can bench press 425 lbs but my nine year old can spell better than me. Luke is the one who told me I spelled Brendan's name wrong. Greg

I'm sure Bill was not sitting by himself, his friend Sam Adams might have been with him keeping him company

Thanks for thinking of me guys but I was likely just taking a mental nap!  It was a long week prior due to work/ travel and not much sleep.  Fri night I was up til 1 am putting Brendan's bike back together and then he had a 7am Hockey game Sat before we left for Dilla.  Sam Adams usually would have gotten the call but Sunday I needed a few Redbulls to get me home!

I was proud of Brendan because of how he came back more than anything.  He took a branch in the face on the first lap, cut his gums/lip/cheek pretty good (looked like he was hit by the ugly stick!), when I saw him near the end of the first lap he was in 12/13th place and riding real slow, I figured he was done for the day.  He sucked it up and was 5th after two laps and then up to 3rd.

Don't forget about Nate Prouty too, 4th place was real good considering all of the top 10 GNCC kids in that class were there!  He has got to be a shoe in for most improved rider this year!

Just over a mile for the 4/5's and just over 2 for the 1/2/3's

Good challending but rideable loop for the older kids but a little much for the 50's.  I'm trying to get permission to cut a little extra trail for the younger kids.

4x4 class open to all and I believe the rule is racks off for safety

With new pee wee sections and haunted trails. These kids should have a great time. The Rose's were glad we were putting on a fall event, just something differant instead of the summer events.
