Rick and I will be getting together in the next few days to create schedule of work days. We will publish it here as soon as we have it.

I was thinking about actually competing in this event, but i am kind of a rookie. Is this going to be super gnarley or just kinda tough? I generally like slower harder stuff. If I don't race it I will definately help out with the event. I enjoyed working the scramble as much as I could.

Pete

Pete , I saw you sweeping at the Rocky. You will be very  competitive in the C class at this enduro. Gnarley or tough? Depends what you call tough. There is only so many ways to re arrange the rocks up there. You worked the HS ride this one.

Pete, You should compete this one, You work enough at the Noble Woods. Is going to be as easy as we can make it with the terrain we have.

I'm looking forward to racing in the Rocky enduro but I'd be happy to work in advance...unless...does that disqualify me if I ride the route the week before doing arrowing?

Jim, you can work before and after the event, You just can not ride the arrowed course, or get NETRA work credit.

Thanks Luis.

I've only had the chance to run one enduro this year and only grabbed 16 pts, so I'm not worried about work credit...just glad to help.

I helped arrow at the Rocky HS and then rode sweeper on sunday instead of racing...looking for the chance to race another enduro before the season's over since I missed Noble Woods.

I'll put together a flyer asap also...if you or Rick have info together send it along.
Jim.

The next work party will be on Sunday Aug-24 unless Saturday Aug-23 works better for everyone. We have a few miles of trail to clear of a few down trees and overgrown brush. As usual we will meet at McDonalds at the Alton traffic circle at 8:00 am or at the Property after that.

If you plan on arriving later I will PM exact directions to where we will be working.

What are the plans for new trail?

We have 1 Mile at the top of the rocky, we already did 4 tenths.

There is potential for a few more miles in the area where the "Gas Gas" trail is. We are hoping that you and/or Ryno will lead that effort.

The other work is bringing an overgrown trail near the "Apple Tree" back to life; we have not used it in the last few years.
