Any idea how the track is shaping up for the Pee Wee Saturday and Minis For Sunday in Union with the NECC?

pee wee track is great we are using mostly dirt road sections no stoppers and short laps so everyone can see their riders many times

Thanks for a fun Pee Wee event NECC. Good track with some mud to make the kids happy.

I was very impressed with the barcode scoring system. Posted lap times and fast results, excellent! Wish NETRA would use this system, we could avoid all the scoring complaints with a barcode system like NECC used.

A big shoutout to Martin for access to his land.

Time to wash the bikes.....

I agree, NECC did a great job with this race. The sign-up went smooth, and the bar code scoring system was flawless. The results were posted 10 minutes after the race. What a change from other scoring systems being used! Hopefully more Pee Wee events will be scheduled for next year.

P.S. NECC's, how about a championship series in 2009 for the Pee Wee's?

I talked to Steve last night,and we,NECC,just might do a Championship series,as long as there is enough interest.

Hello NECC-

Thank you for the well run event this past weekend. Pee Wee Saturday and the Mini on Sunday was a blast for the kids. We look forward to you next event. And YES we would be intersted in a champion series....... Bar code thing worked well, nice job.

I would hope that you seriously look at doing a championship series for the Pee Wee's. If you do it, "they will come!" Some have hoped that NETRA would do it, and run it like ECEA, however it doesn't look good. You definitely have the right people and the technology(barcode scoring) to do it. Again, great job on the last race in Union!

Thanks for the compliment,we all try to make it as smooth and fun as possible,for all. I was telling Steve,the barcodes for the pee-wee riders kind of validates thier efforts,and I'm sure makes them feel like they are there for more than just a trailride!!
