Per the advice of our attorney, we settled with the defendants for $600,000.00. This is contingent upon some paperwork and the judge signing off on it.

This money will be split up between all the people who where at the Red Fox TR in 2004(after attorneys fees are paid)...

A Red Fox TR in southern VT in 2008 is a good possibility!

WOW !!!!!!! I'm not a member nor did i attend the event but i have been watching these posts for some time now. Great job here it's nice to see the dirtbikers win one. Hopefully this is a trend.

It must have been alot of work to get it to this point. Congratulations.

Great job Pathfinders! A great example of what can get done when we NEW ENGLANDERS stick together.

I see the AMA is already powdering up for the photo shoot.
