I have a good idea, $600,000.00 - 40% for the attorney and the rest divided by 318 peaple... thats if the judge signs off on it!

Just got a cerified letter in the mail. The case will be heard 7/1 to determine if the settlement is fair and legal fees are correct (240,000) it also lists our indiviual awards. IT'S ABOUT FRIGGIN TIME

You just answered my question.  I got a little green slip with my mail today for a cert letter.  Thought the old lady was finally filing.[:D]  I guess they finally figured out our rights were worth.  Alot less than the attorneys'.  $240K

I got a thing from the PO yesterday in the mail that I had a certified letter. I was wondering what the F it was. My wife picked it up and was so curious she opened it which is something she never does if it's for me. I came in from work and saw it on the counter and asked what it was and she said it was from the settlement from the Red Fox. Great Job you  guys!![sm=not.gif] I think we should all meet some place for beers and food. Should really do it in Windham County Vermont though. This could be kinda like our Government stimulus checks! [;)]
