I also got my certified letter a week or so ago, I also thought my ex-wife was up to something!  It was nice to see my name on the getting end instead of the giving end!  Not gonna hold my breath until I get a check though.
When is the Red Fox ride gonna be re-instated!
It was a great ride I miss it!

Thankfully, as of today, this thing is a done deal.

Bill (Paws Dog) needs a big round of applause for putting up with this thing on everyone's behalf for these 4 years.[:)]

Nobodies actually heard back from Bill yet to confirm the Judge signed off on it have they?

Dan, he left me a voicemail. Not the exact quote but he said "it's payday! The checks go out in a week or two"

I'm sure he'll post something on here when he gets back from VT.

I just got in the door!
[:)] IT IS PAYDAY! [:)] I saw the envelopes that had the "CHECKS" in them. they should be all out in a week or two and it is a done deal. It was funny because the Judge was not there. He was in Burlington on a case up there that I guess was running long... So this was done by Video conference, and I guess this was the first time this has been used this was. It is common for a party in a case to use a video conference but not the Judge.
The day was saved by fax machines and vidio... The Judge will sign, there was no objections to the settlement

Next week I will call the new Sheriff and see what the future will bring.

Thanks Bill for all of your efforts. You and The Pathfinders deserve a big hand. Has anyone from the club thought about putting together some kind of statement for the Mags? This is the kind of big win for the small guy story that would be of intrest to all Motorcyclists. Looking forward to the 09 Red Fox.
