ORIGINAL: husabob NETRA clubs submit the AMA paperwork at the NETRA sanctioning meeting. It helps eliminate this type of problem. Perhaps NETA should consider a similar polcy We stopped doing that, as I understand it, because we wanted to see the National and World Trial schedules before we set the New England schedule in stone. Those schedules were never available before our annual meeting. I think it would make sense to do the sanctions at the annual meeting, but it has worked pretty good so far, with one little blemish.... If this happened at my club's event, I would take up a collection from the club, and, if feasible, offer a free event for the rescheduled one. It may not amount to that much for the guys that drove 300 plus miles, but it would certainly be a good will gesture. And I would put out a donation box for the ones who can afford to pitch in and help with the cost. I feel really bad for Steve and the guys at Brimfield, and the ones who drove all the way there. I sure hope everyone keeps a positive attitude and there's no negative feelings in the future. I couldn't make it there, but I'm looking forward to trying the reschedule, if there is one. Rockin' on down the highway.... Jareth :o)
