All you have to do is go to thier web-sitse put your arrow over the image, right clip and copy and paste.

What you want is a raster (JPEG, Bitmap, GIF) to vector converter.  Raster files (.jpg, .bmp, .gif) are compressed, and do not take well to resizing.  A vector graphic can be infinitely resized, and will retain its quality.
