Any news on CT HB 5602?

I beleive it died because they were too busy arguing about whether the state should pay for lawyers when they get arrested for ethic charges.

Thanks DJ:  I hadn't heard anything.  At least you can still de-claw a cat and bring home water from the grocery store in a plastic bag and not have to pay a deposit on the bottle.  This state is getting closer to "Komunist Kalifornia" when it comes to stupid laws and lawmakers!!!

You won't have to worry about legal trails once the Gov signs the "Climate Change" bill, because you won't be able to own a fossil fuel engined motorcycle.
