I was going to go upto Alton to help out, never been up there before.  IF you want to go riding though, well that seems to always come first, there will be more work parties before the enduro..

umm... so just HOW hungover will you be? hehe...

Where was everyone tonight?  Awesome conditions and I had my best ride there yet.  1:36:00 to loop the park.

I was there all day, did the park twice.  After seeing how fast you ran it, I'm not telling how long it took me. It was a perfect day for riding though, I called in sick, even though tomorrow is my day off!

Ok Aaron I got people asking me for specifics on that 1:36 ....

I'm assuming that was straight thru no stopping for breaks ... i.e not, 1:36 ride time but actually out there for 2 hours.

did you do the two hero sections on hang glider hill ... The old way up the hill and then the small rocky section/loop off to the left down at the bottom of the hill??

what was your mileage??

I think it took me something like 2 1/2 hours today might have been 3... course that included multiple stops to regain composure!!

I'm heading out with my 8 yo (his 1st time at Clough) tomorrow morning.  We are planning on being there at 8am.

I was wondering about that 1:36 also... If that includes the stark pond loop and the 2 hero sections on hanglider hill, thats one fast time, especially if it's actual time and not "ride time"... then again, I'm just a C rider, so who knows...

I will be at clough tomorrow, have to wait till the shops open though, need a couple parts... So it will most likely be 10-11am before I get there.

Well, perhaps its time for a retest.  That was all the trails, including the two hills on hang glider (not that they amount to much).  No stopping.  Picked one bad line on the river loop.  Started at 5 pm got back to the lot a 6:36.  29 miles or 18 mph average.

NICE... oh, and if you skip the two hills on hang glider, you would be suprised how much trail you miss.  18mph avg... huh, it's amazing how much difference a couple MPH makes in total time...
