I was outside at 1 a.m. last night making observations and taking notes for future run off modifications. Before if we got 2" of rain out of a storm it was something to keep an eye on .. last 3 yrs or so we seem to get one 6 inches of rain in 12 hours, storm a year. Fall of 05, may of 06 (2 weeks before clough opened). mothers day 07, sept 08 ... wtf!!

Hope everyone had a good ride. A chipmunk bore a hole down along side a foundation and caused some flooding in one apartment!! If it was spring and the water table was higher .. I would have been screwed

You should have been riding because it was a killer ride. Excellent trails, excellent wether, excellent day. It was super slick but not real wet just real fun.
