WORK PARTY

2008

Will be this Saturday, November 8th

A Bridge needs to be replaced in Alton,

used for the

CLASSIC TRAIL RIDE

ROCKY MOUNTAIN HARE SCRAMBLE

and

ROCKY MOUNTAIN ENDURO

MEETING @ 0800 at the ALTON TRAFFIC CIRCLE McDONALDS

0900 at the BERGERON'S HOUSE

It is not too late to include this in your weekend plans!

Unfortunately the best help that I can offer is to play cheerleader here, have a memorial service to attend at 1300 on Saturday but I could get an MVTR trailer and tools over there for morning and haul them back afterward if that helps, let me know. I know that the bridge is just a short walk into the woods and the 6x6 might not be a big help but have no idea what else might be needed.

Thanks for the offer Bruce. I think we can manage without the MVTR trailer, Tucker is bringing his tractor.

If anyone else is going please bring a shovel, pick and/or a rake.

Well, nothing like waiting till the last minute. I was gonna go out to Factory Connection tomorrow for a revalve for the last HS of the year. Looks like they arent open on Sat in november. Ill probably have a couple of "little" helpers with me.

Even with the short notice we had a good turnout and got the bridge done. Having Tucker there with this tractor made the job easy. More importantly we once again showed a landowner that we appreciate letting us ride there.
