I'll ride in Berwick on Wednesday if anyone wants to join me.
PM or e-mail me, I won't go if no one else can make it.

If the good weather holds out, I plan to ride in Berwick on December 31 and Jan 1, 2012.
If it's not too cold, I want to do a midnight ride to bring in the New Year.
I'll post details later in the week, I just wanted to give a heads up so people can make plans if they want to come.
Hopefully, this warm weather will continue. I've made some new sections, plus all the old ones, of course, so there's always plenty to ride.

Used to be one of my traditions to get in a ride on new years day. At least it was untill the Chevy Caprice and trailer sunk up to the axles in the soft mud one year.

Excellent. I need to do some maintenance to my bike, but will try to get up there next time you guys ride. Been putting around on homemade obstacles in the yard. Getting out in the woods would be good, and I could probably pick up some tips.

Great, always room for 1 more.
Next weekend we're going to the Augusta Civic Center for a motorsports show, but we'll be riding the following Sunday if there's not too much snow.

Agreed, not a fan of the cold plus still getting over a wonky knee.

Weather looks good for Sunday, so lets ride!
Berwick, 11:00 AM, If you're going to be late, call me so we can meet you in the field

.
NEW FOR 2012:

Anyone who wants to ride in Berwick will have to join the Rock and Roll Trials Club.
The Landowners have put me in charge of the land and it's care, which means that I have to be there whenever we ride and would like to be able to give them something to show our appreciation.
Since very few people volunteered to help cut firewood, the only other option is a cash payment to show our appreciation for the land. I can't afford, nor should I, pay for the privilege alone.
For you money you will get to ride every time there is a ride which will be almost every weekend that there is not a trials event someplace else.
For less than the cost of just one NETA event, you get a place to ride all year and have the advantage of all types of terrain and about 100 sections already made.
As an added bonus, you get into all non-NETA sanctioned events for half price!
WOW! Two events and you'll have already broken even!
The yearly dues, based on a calendar year, will be just $20.
I will keep a running log, available to all members, so there will be no chance of misuse of funds, and it will be available at the simple request for it.
Funds will be used only for events, event supplies and for the landowners.
Should we get more than enough funds for that, I will purchase the necessary supplies for a BBQ.
If all goes well, we will have several non-point, self checking events this year.
(I have penciled in 8 fun events, but we'll wait for the season to start before I post them)
Feet up,
see you Sunday!

Sorry Dan, we were having waaaayyyyy too much fun watching you in the mud to stop and help. As long as the weather cooperates, I'll be back next Sunday! Chris seems to know his way around really good, just imagine what he'd do on a new bike!
