The WVRC track is for sale.
~20.8 acres with 1/5 mile clay oval. Property will remain closed if not sold by spring time.
Permit from town goes with property and ownership of the WVRC.

Hi Everyone,

I finally got all the corporate paper work in line so I can sell the Track.
It is 20.8 acres and the special permit to race goes along with the land
(per my lawyer).

Along with land goes almost all the equipment to maintain it, Kubota
Tractor, Huber Grader, International Tractor, TR3 Rake, 4 Wheeler and
various pumps.
